Comparison of District Heating Supply Options for Different CHP Configurations

چکیده

The article discusses the evaluation of potential heat production options for a large-scale district heating system in Narva (Estonia). Heat is currently generated at Balti Power Plant’s CHP unit using local oil shale mixed with biomass. consists two circulating fluidised bed boilers and reheat steam turbine. According to development strategy, expected achieve carbon neutrality future. Various parameter variations should be analysed. following scenarios were compared: (1) baseline scenario featuring an existing extraction turbine; (2) alternative Scenario I backpressure (3) II gas To evaluate above scenarios, comprehensive energy/exergy analysis was performed, economic indicators calculated. primary energy consumed, as well electricity generated, all taken into account. Based on this analysis, selected multiple-criteria decision-making that will improve efficiency reliability system.
