چکیده
Background: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) mammography has been recommended as a problem solving tool in patients with breast lump for which newer protocols like abbreviated, ultrafast MRI and diffusion are now available. For interpretation lexicons BIRADS Kaiser score system available but there is scope improvement of results need lexicons. Methods: Retrospective study 175 who had was done. The lesions were labelled malignant by (KSS) scoring “Amritsar system” (AMSS). Final diagnoses confirmed histological examination hormone Her2neu receptor studies. Statistical analysis done correlation, sensitivity, specificity accuracy along area under curves the compared. Results: Study comprised 32/175 nodules. Mean age 47.2 (range: 44.2-49.6) years mean nodule size 2.2 cm (range 1.8-5.5 cm). ADC Ktrans, Kep, TTE, MS IAUC60 showed high correlation nodule. Sensitivity detection 87.4%, 87.5%, 88.6%, 71.8% 80% respectively ADC, while specificities 94, 88.7, 88.7% 90% respectively. KSS AMSS 62.5%, 88.9%, 72% 96.5%, 94% respectively. Conclusions: more accurate than improves sensitivity cancer detection. Ktrans parameters not only show also have good nuclear grade to be used biomarkers.
