Objectives: Despite a variety of strategies, propofol injection pain (PIP) is still one the most distressing adverse effects drug. This study aimed to compare effectiveness metoclopramide, low dose propofol, magnesium sulfate, and ondansetron in prevention PIP. Materials Methods: double-blind clinical trial was conducted at Al-Zahra hospital an academic referral center affiliated with Guilan University Medical Sciences, Rasht, Iran. A total 120 eligible women candidates for elective gynecologic surgeries were divided into four equal groups sulfate (30 mg/kg), (4 mg), metoclopramide (10 (15 mg).
