The purpose of this research was to conduct a comparison the push and pull factors affecting migration between Poland Romania. study aimed find out which among have greater effect overall individually on activities. conducted using primary data collected from migrants in both countries structured questionnaire. There were 298 288 surveys for Romania, respectively. framework applied guide study. model suitability confirmed satisfactory validity, reliability factor analysis. hypothesis analyzed evaluated multiple regression findings indicated that influence these two as compared factors.
