Dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma, lower and higher dose electron beam irradiation (EBI) are used widely in food processing. In this research, impacts of DBD plasma EBI processing on characteristics Tartary buckwheat whole flour were investigated the range parameters most often industry.
