This paper describes the design of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system using simulation PVsyst software. work involves bifacial and mono-facial PV in large-scale system. For system, yearly total energy to grid is 1699.6 MWh, with an average 4.57 kWh/kWp/day. over year 1645.3 4.05 The collection losses obtained for modules were 0.33 kWh/kWp/day 0.82 kWh/kWp/day, respectively, 0.15 (bifacial) 0.18 (mono-facial). performance ratio was 0.904 0.801, respectively. able generate profit terms Return on investment (ROI), around 357%, reach breakeven 7 years. payback period 8.1 years, ROI 290.4%. mainly focuses comparative analysis photovoltaics, emphasizing effectiveness implementation suitability photovoltaics systems.
