چکیده
In Sumatra, Indonesia, increased oil palm production encourages land expansion for plantations. And soil Actinobacteria have a potential role in agriculture and plantations ecosystems. The use of fertilizer herbicide affects microbial diversity, including Actinobacteria. This research analyzed investigated the community composition diversity soils Jambi Sumatra. Amplicon-based analysis 16S rRNA gene (V3-V4 hypervariable region) was used to amplify actinobacterial full-length sequences. V3-V4 specific sequencing done using Next-Generation Sequencing. study confirmed that primer could gene. Frankiales dominated soilborne were not significantly affected by interaction between fertilization weed treatments. Furthermore, NPK abundance Kineosporiales, whose with increasing concentration fertilizer. weeding treatments has no impact on Actinobacteria's diversity.

Strengths and Limitations of 16S rRNA Gene Amplicon Sequencing in Revealing Temporal Microbial Community Dynamics
This study explored the short-term planktonic microbial community structure and resilience in Lake Lanier (GA, USA) while simultaneously evaluating the technical aspects of identifying taxa via 16S rRNA gene amplicon and metagenomic sequence data. 16S rRNA gene amplicons generated from four temporally discrete samples were sequenced with 454 GS-FLX-Ti yielding ∼40,000 rRNA gene sequences from e...
متن کاملDiversity of caprine and ovine Pasteurella multocida isolates based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing
In this study, to increase information about the relationship between caprine and ovine isolates of Pasteurella multocida, 16S rRNA gene sequencing of 9 goats (5) and sheep (4) isolates were investigated. Also, capsular type and toxAgene presentation was studied in this paper. All isolates, except one, belong to capsular type A, and toxA+ strain distributed among strains were isolated from both...
متن کاملBacterial Community Shift in Treated Periodontitis Patients Revealed by Ion Torrent 16S rRNA Gene Amplicon Sequencing
Periodontitis, one of the most common diseases in the world, is caused by a mixture of pathogenic bacteria and inflammatory host responses and often treated by antimicrobials as an adjunct to scaling and root planing (SRP). Our study aims to elucidate explorative and descriptive temporal shifts in bacterial communities between patients treated by SRP alone versus SRP plus antibiotics. This is t...
متن کاملCharacterization of bacterial community shift in human Ulcerative Colitis patients revealed by Illumina based 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing
BACKGROUND The healthy human intestine is represented by the presence of bacterial communities predominantly belonging to obligate anaerobes; however disparity and dysanaerobiosis in intestinal microflora may lead to the progression of ulcerative colitis (UC). The foremost aim of this study is to consider and compare the gut microbiota composition in patients suffering from different stages of ...
متن کاملModern Hunting Practices and Wild Meat Trade in the Oil Palm Plantation-Dominated Landscapes of Sumatra, Indonesia
The ongoing expansion of plantation agriculture has changed the ecological, demographic, and social conditions of Southeast Asia’s forested areas, yet little is known about hunting practices in these novel landscapes. Using information from 73 in-depth interviews with hunters, agricultural workers and wild meat dealers in the Jambi province of Sumatra, Indonesia, we describe contemporary huntin...
