چکیده
Abstract The objective of this work was to investigate the genetic control black bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) and select parents segregating populations with high resistance Fusarium wilt, yield, greater 100-seed weight (100SW), using a partial diallel cross. Twenty-five were obtained from two groups – first five resistant second susceptible wilt. evaluated in experiments three years/generations for reaction 100SW an area naturally infested pathogen. analysis showed additive nonadditive effects studied traits, predominance effects. CNFP 15194, 15207, 'BRS Esplendor' are genotypes negative general combining ability estimates (gi = -0.59, -0.76, -0.13, respectively), being recommended use as Among them, 15194 also forms 0.69). BRS FP403 cultivar is parent increase yield 218) 1.46). Six selected obtain lines that combine 100SW.

Development of RAPD Markers linked to Fusarium Wilt Resistance Gene in Castor Bean (Ricinus communis L)
Wilt, caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ricini, is the most severe disease of castor bean (Ricinus communis). For the development of marker for wilt-resistant gene, 200 F2 individuals from a cross between the resistant cultivar 48-1 and the susceptible cultivar VP-1 were inoculated with a race of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ricini. Bulked segregant analysis was used to search for random amplifi...
متن کاملCharacterization of Flax Germplasm for Resistance to Fusarium Wilt
Fusarium wilt of flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lini (Fol) is an economically important disease that can result in severe yield losses. Due to the pathogen’s ability to survive in soil for long periods, it is essential to identify fusarium wilt resistant flax varieties. The objectives of the study were to phenotype and compare a recombinant inbred line (RIL) p...
متن کاملCombining Ability Estimates for Yield Some Traits in Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum L.) by Line×Tester
12 single crosses (F1) achieved by combining four testers and three commercial lines of tomato were evaluated for their response to water deficit stress and the combining ability of yield and some yield components. The layout was split plots according to randomized complete block design with three replications and three irrigation levels (FC, 60%FC and 40%FC). Crossing among lines and test...
متن کاملScreening some Iranian Muskmelon Landraces for Resistance Against Fusarium Wilt Disease using Molecular Markers
Fusarium wilt is one of the most destructive diseases of muskmelon (Cucumis melo L.), which is an economically important disease worldwide causes yield losses in muskmelon growing areas. One of the most effective controlling measures to prevent Fusarium wilt is through host resistance by using resistance genes. We used developed molecular markers for Fom-2 gene, which confers ...

ABSTRACT Development of 108 epidemics of Fusarium wilt of chickpea caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceris were studied on cvs. P-2245 and PV-61 in field microplots artificially infested with races 0 and 5 of F. oxysporum f. sp. ciceris in 1986 to 1989. Disease progression data were fitted to the Richards model using nonlinear regression. The shape parameter was influenced primarily by date...
