Combined periodontal regeneration of molar severely compromised by furcation, intrabony defects and attachment loss to the apex: A Case Report.

Introduction: Clinicians tend to encounter unfavorable situations in the treatment of teeth with severe attachment loss. Periodontal regeneration has been a successful therapeutic approach treatments that require long-term prognosis improvement. This case shows benefits combined regenerative periodontal therapy patient molar severely compromised by furcation, intrabony defects and loss apex. Case Report: The clinical included an endo-periodontal, class III furcation generalized periodontitis, Stage Grade C patient. After non-surgical reevaluation, full-thickness flap surgical debridement were performed.Dental root surface was treated EDTA enamel matrix derivatives filled allograft platelet-rich fibrin, additionally collagen membrane applied over graft. 12-month follow-up there resolution regeneration. Clinical radiographic evaluation also showed partial defect. Conclusion: Combined can be improve prevent extraction molars
