Combined breakdown of a dielectric nanolayer to form a Josephson bridge

چکیده
The electrical breakdown of a dielectric nanolayer between film electrodes under the combined action direct current and capacitor discharge makes it possible to form Josephson bridges with reproducible resistance exceeding 1 Ω. A new feature formation bridge during breakdown, which is preceded by series preliminary breakdowns (auto breakdowns) nanolayer, has been discovered. mechanism process role cathode film's thickness in forming are discussed.
