The terms and conditions of employment workers are regulated between their bargaining agents the employers. Thus, obligation to bargain collectively is mutual. So union employer under duty bargain, in view, that parties required meet at reasonable times confer good faith, with an intention negotiate on subject matter called for. In relation this, collective agreement ought be written signed by request, where either party agree a proposal or make concession. With aim reduce unwanted strikes lockdowns caused workers, paper revolves around role Trade Unions inthe settlement disputes through process, resulting peaceful industrial disputes.
