استخراج اسانس لیمو شیرین به روش cold press و تقطیر و مقایسه نتایج آنها
با توجه به نقش اسانس ها در صنایع غذایی و دارویی و با توجه به لزوم تحقیق بر روی گونه های متنوع گیاهی موجود در کشورمان ایران استخراج اسانس پوست لیموشیرین پوستهای تازه و خشک انجام شد. آنالیز اسانسها با کمک gc و gc-ms بررسی شد. نقاط ضعف و قوت هر کدام از روشها مورد بحث و تفسیر قرار گرفت. همچنین اهمیت خاصیت ضد میکروبی اسانسها باعث شد ارزیابی این مشخصه برای اسانس پوست لیموشیرین انجام شود.
