Enhancing flood resilience, including the development of social capacity and early warning systems, in addition to structural measures, is one key solutions mitigating damage, which will be more intensified future due climate change. This study was conducted develop a comprehensive methodology for enhancing resilience by improving society-wide disaster literacy under governance formed through active participation all levels stakeholders Davao City, Philippines. Specifically, Online Synthesis System Sustainability Resilience, integrates different disciplines, fostering Facilitators, whose role interlink science community society, were implemented co-designing manner collective body.
