Clinical specifics of stress-related disorders in volunteers whose activities are related to Joint Forces Operation

A volunteer movement has emerged in Ukraine during the Revolution of Dignity and events that followed it. Experts consider this event as an important component civil society main driving force country’s reform. The clinical structure post-stress disorders among examined volunteers was represented by following nosologic forms: F 43.2 adjustment (32.7% men 28.1% women), 43.1 - post-traumatic stress disorder (27.6% 22.9% 41.0 panic (22.4% 29.1% 41.1 generalized anxiety (17.3% 19.9% women). According to Scale Severity Traumatic Stress, 62.8% respondents have complete manifestation 37.2% clear disorder. Hamilton Anxiety Depression Rating Scale, 56.2% subjects had a severe depressive episode, 62.1% 42.3% moderate 33.4% episode. Severe manifestations PTSD were characteristic who survived fighting, with high level exposure traumatic on all scales; excessive signs disorder, or episodes Scale.
