Clinical implications of the anatomical relationships of the pterygopalatine fossa and Vidian canal: an endonasal endoscopic cadaveric study

Objectives: The aim of our study was to describe a surgical access pterygopalatine fossa and Vidian canal using an endonasal endoscopic approach.
