Clinical Analysis of Embryonic Posterior Cerebral Artery

Objective: To understand the clinical characteristics of patients with embryonic posterior cerebral artery and its correlation abnormal vascular development. Methods: The data 396 confirmed by magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) computed tomography (CTA) were analyzed. Results: Two-hundred had manifestations circulation ischemia, including recurrent dizziness, vertigo, tinnitus; 45 headaches, 97 limb weakness, 16 syncope or impaired consciousness. Seventy-six circulatory infarction admitted to hospital. There 251 history hypertension, 74 diabetes, 113 hyperlipidemia, 13 dominant vertebral artery, 10 intracranial aneurysm, 19 absence A1 segment anterior (considering developmental variation). Conclusion: Embryonic develops abnormally during period, often accompanied access. Due hemodynamics, incidence increases in such patients.
