In the long run, climate change could affect agriculture in several ways such as quantity and quality of crops terms productivity, growth rates, photosynthesis transpiration moisture availability etc. Climate is likely to directly influence food production across globe. An increase mean seasonal temperature shorten duration many thus reduce yields. areas where already close physiological maxima for crops, warming will impact yields more immediately (IPCC, 2007). With this context, an attempt made analyze trend agricultural sector selected revenue villages Madurai district Tamil Nadu. year 2006-2007 grain Pulses was high level. 2007-08 very low. 9 which we took research but, only 3 parts are produced sugar crops. villages, pulses zero.
