Clebsch representation of relativistic plasma and generalized enstrophy

The dynamics of plasma can be formulated as a subalgebra the Poisson manifold Clebsch fields. In this work, we extend formulation to Lorentz covariant form. We show that generalized enstrophy, which means "charge" field, is no longer conserved by relativistic effect, implying conservation circulation broken.
