The removal of direct yellow 12 dye using clay/polymer nanocomposite in batch system and fixed-bed column experiments was investigated on the basis numerous parameters. results showed that amount adsorbed increased as contact time process increases optimal pH value 4.0. Kinetic model pseudo-second-order Langmuir isotherm appropriately described experimental obtained from mode. Parameters like bed height, flow rate initial concentration significantly influenced elimination process. Clay/polymer seems to be a sustainable economical material uptake dyes wastewater.
