Circumcision Social Service for Poor Families in Andepali Village, Sampara District

چکیده

Circumcision is the act of cutting or removing part all skin covering front penis. very beneficial for health, namely reducing risk urinary tract infections, overcoming phimosis, paraphimosis, balaniditis and can reduce penile malignancy spread sexually transmitted diseases. This method service carried out by promoting community activities in Andepali, then those who are interested register to committee. The committee will screen participants mass circumcision according indications. implementation be a specified schedule involving health team from Faculty Medicine, Halu Oleo University Puskesmas. result this that has been at Andepali Village Meeting Hall, Sampara sub-district on March 6, 2019, which was attended 25 patients underwent circumcision. There 6 workers consisting general practitioners, nurses students University. conclusion treatment economically disadvantaged patients.
 Abstrak
 Khitan merupakan tindakan memotong atau menghilangkan sebagian seluruh kulit penutup depan dari sangat bermanfaat untuk kesehatan yaitu mengurangi resiko infeksi saluran kencing, mengatasi fimosis, parafimosis, dan dapat keganasan penis serta penyebaran penyakit menular seksual. Metode pengabdian ini di laksanakan dengan promosi kegiatan kepada masyarakat kemudian bagi yang berminat mendaftar ke panitia. Panitia akan melakukan screening peserta khitan massal sesuai indikasi. Pelaksanaan dilaksanakan jadwal ditentukan melibatkan tim Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pihak Hasil berupa telah Balai Pertemuan Desa kecamatan pada tanggal Maret 2019 diikuti oleh menjalani sebanyak pasien. Petugas pengabdi terdiri atas dokter umum, perawat mahasiswa Oleo. Kesimpulan lakukan pengobatan terhadap pasien tidak mampu secara ekonomi.
