CIOA: Circle-Inspired Optimization Algorithm, an algorithm for engineering optimization

This paper presents a new, robust and very efficient metaheuristic optimization algorithm, called Circle Inspired Optimization Algorithm (CIOA), for solving constrained unconstrained engineering problems.
