Chyloperitoneum is defined as the presence of lymph within peritoneal cavity, resulting from obstruction or injury ducts, mostly at level gastrointestinal tract. This can occur in context congenital diseases, traumas, infections, neoplasms, hepatic disease, heart and postoperative complications. The most common symptoms described are abdominal distention mild pain a course weeks to months, with dyspnea, peritonitis, few cases weight gain observed due high intra-abdominal pressure. We present case 56-year-old male no significant personal history, who has clinical picture approximately three months evolution, consisting sensation an mass predominantly left hemiabdomen, associated progressive distension, changes intestinal habit, lower limb edema, dyspepsia, occasional postprandial emesis, unintentional loss 20 kg. In non-traumatic conditions, frequent cause chylous ascites malignancy disease followed by cirrhosis mycobacterial infections.
