Chronic pancreatitis: prospects for early detection: A review
نویسندگان
چکیده
Over the last 10 years, incidence of chronic pancreatitis (CP) has increased 4 times and nowadays is about 27.450 cases per 100 000 adults. In outpatient gastroenterologist practice, patients with CP account for 3545%, in hospital gastroenterology department up to 2045%. criteria according imaging methods fibrosis, duct dilatation deformation, calcifications pancreatic parenchyma or its atrophy are formed at a late stage disease. Simultaneously, diagnosis early potentially reversible changes remains difficult, due lack clear instrumental laboratory findings confirming minimal pancreas. However, some combination detailed history taking, risk factors identification comparison clinical features interest pancreatitis.

متن کاملa review on application of nanotechnology for early breast cancer detection based on medical imaging
breast cancer is characterized by a distinct metastatic pattern involving the regional lymph nodes, bone marrow, lung and liver. tumour cell migration and metastasis share many similarities with leukocyte trafficking, which is critically regulated by chemokines and their receptors. detection of breast cancer and its metastasis at the earliest stage is important for the management and prediction...
