Chorea as the first manifestation of systemic Lupus erythematosus: a case report

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a disorder of the immune system with wide range symptoms. The involvement kidneys, lungs and central nervous (CNS) denotes more severe character worse prognosis. Several neurological psychiatric manifestations may be present, most common being convulsion, neuropathies acute confusional state, but chorea seen in less than 2% patients.
