The purpose of this article is to study polyphonic techniques in the opera choirs M. Mussorgsky. question raised about identity Mussorgsky's thinking from point view free refraction forms and writing Western European polyphony it. subject are operas "Boris Godunov" "Khovanshchina". Through synthesis research methods, including musicology choral studies, specific features revealed.
