Chondrosarcoma is cartilage forming neoplasm which mostly occurs in pelvis, femur and humerous. rare the foot involvement of phalanges extremely rare. It a malignant mimics various epiphysial tumors clinically radiologically, so histopathology gold standard for confirming diagnosis. We report an unusual case Grade II 60 years old male, who complained swelling pain left great toe past two years, mimicked Osteoclastoma. Imprint smear from showed scattered mononucleated to binucleated oval plump polygonal cells with coarse chromatin moderate eosinophilic cytoplasm chondromyxoid background suggestive malignancy differentials Osteosarcoma Chondrosarcoma. Histomorphology immunohistochemistry led confirmation diagnosis this tumor at site.
