Chiral anomaly induced nonlinear Nernst and thermal Hall effects in Weyl semimetals

The chiral anomaly (CA) is one the most remarkable topological properties in Weyl semimetals (WSMs). Here, authors investigate second-order nonlinear planar Nernst and thermal Hall effects WSMs, manifested by CA with coplanar gradient magnetic field. With intrinsic chemical potential, these can exist WSMs pairs of oppositely tilted or nontilted cones. Interestingly, their transport coefficients follow novel fundamental relations consistent that Berry-dipole-induced effects.
