In the title compound, [Co(C(4)H(9))(C(14)H(11)N(2)O(2))(2)(C(5)H(5)N)], the Co(III) atom is coordinated by a butyl group, a nitro-gen-bonded pyridine and two N,N'-bidentate diphenyl-glyoximate ligands in a distorted octa-hedral geometry.
