Child Recruitment and Use during Armed Conflicts by Muslims between International Law and Islamic Law

Child recruitment is an ancient military concept but a modern legal term. The term defined as war crime and includes the acts of conscription, enrolment or use children below age 15 during armed conflict. According to 2018 report UN Secretary General, most violations documented against conflicts, in 2017, were perpetrated by Muslims majority cases use. Meanwhile, Islam guarantees human rights safeguards their protection from involvement. Islamic primary secondary sources entail considerable substantial evidence according which people under puberty are exempted not allowed participate battle. Yet, have often recruited used deadly political sectarian courts never prosecuted anyone for such practice.
