Chemical Composition of <i>Sphyraena barracuda</i> with Different Area, Size and Season, in Sudanese Red Sea Coast

This study aims to determine the effect of area, size and season on chemical composition Sphyraena barracuda from Sudanese Red Sea Coast. A total 180 fish samples were collected Port Sudan Sawakin fishing sites during winter summer 2020-2021. The fishes sample ranged between (30 - 50) cm in length (250 1000) gm body weight small size, (60 90) (1250 250) for large size. Fish flesh was subject gross analysis. Moisture, protein, fat, ash, acidity pH determined. results indicated a significant by different areas had crude protein ash; higher parameter value is found Sawakin. Higher parameters showed than summer. Also, all (except moisture), fat ash high has concluded that S. with nutritional when caught southern region
