• The impact of positional concerns on charitable giving and social capital is studied. understudied in the literature. Relative deprivation affects individuals’ negatively. Research effects attitudes behavior certain policy-relevant areas lacking. In this paper, we investigate relationship between concerns, giving, capital. We use data from “Caucasus Barometer” survey administered three post-Soviet transition economies: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia. Our analysis proceeds two phases.
