Characterization of Shock Wave Damages in Explosion Welded Mo/Cu Clads

چکیده
The shock wave damage during explosive welding has not been reported in a flyer Mo plate of the Mo/Cu clads. However, it would be an inevitable problem group VI elements. This study was aimed to characterize plate, that is less brittle than W welded Cladding at low horizontal collision velocities leading high angles expected enhance damage, and clads resulted elongation bending tests. On other hand, obtained (HCVs) with angles, their increased significantly. penetrated from surface interface, thus reducing thickness specimens plastic strain. associated kinetic energy imparted loss due formation intermediate layer interface very helpful for decrease damage.
