Characterization of Polyvinylidene Difluoride-based Energy Harvesting with IDE Circuit Flexible Cantilever Beam

Piezoelectric energy harvesting is the process of extracting electrical using harvester devices. Any stress in piezoelectric material will generate induced voltage. Previous device with stiff cantilever beam was generated low harvested energy. A flexural proposed to improve Polyvinylidene difluoride a polymer attached flexible circuit made polyimide. Four interdigitated electrode circuits were designed and outsourced for fabrication. The polyvinylidene then circuit, single clear adhesive tape used bind them. harvesters ultrasonic ceramic generators experimentally tested sieve shaker. shaker contains two-speed oscillator, M1=0.025 m/s M2=0.05 m/s. It oscillate resulting voltages measured. Design 4, widest width fingers gap between fingers, had highest power at an output load 0.745 µW M2 oscillation speed. speed impacted devices as higher gave power.
