Introduction: Physical violence and aggression has been extensively studied in relation to different forms ofaggression, gender differences, its effects, risk factors etc. Violence not only results physical problems butit also economic psychological impact on the victim. Cases of are usually brought toemergency vary from minor injuries fatal outcome.Methods: This research aims understand patterns assault identify ways prevent reducethe incidence. The two year retrospective study was carried out between 1st June 2020 31th 2022 thein causality data tertiary care center Punjab.Results: Of total, 76.5% cases were male. 35.2% fall age group 21 30 years. Most commonlyencountered injury sites head-face-neck region 39.6% cases. 60.89% seen rural area.Use blunt weapon 64.80% Bruise most common type 38.42%
