چکیده
Aiming the production of lipopeptides biosurfactants (BioS), we isolated a new strain identified as Bacillus subtilis ZNI5 from hydrocarbon contaminated soil. Lipopeptides purification by anionic exchange chromatography and identification Reverse Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (RP-HPLC–MS) permitted selection different homologues divided into four families. The first family corresponds to Surfactin isoforms with molecular weights 1007, 1021 1035 Da; second correspond Iturin 1028, 1042 1056 third single isoform called Licheniformin weight 1410 fourth newly named Inesfactin 973 987 Da. Regarding functional properties BioS, it was characterized powerful surface-active agent that decreases Surface Tension water 72 mN/m about 32 CMC value 350 mg/L more efficient than chemical surfactants (Triton X100; CTAB SDS). Moreover, has capacity disperse oil 80 mm at concentration 800 showing close efficiencies listed surfactants. In addition, physic–chemical characterization surface activities BioS showed great thermal, pH salts activity stability enabling its use in bioremediation fields for diverse industrial applications.

Purification of Bioactive Lipopeptides Produced by Bacillus subtilis Strain BIA
Bacillus subtilis strain BIA was used for the production of bioactive lipopeptides. Different extraction and purification methods were assayed as liquid-liquid extraction, and acid and ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by TLC, SPE, and gel filtration. Active fractions were further purified using RP-HPLC. The molecular mass of the purified product from HPLC was determined through Tris-Tric...

The relation between hydrocarbon degradation and biosurfactant (rhamnolipid) production by a new Bacillus subtilis 22BN strain was investigated. The strain was isolated for its capacity to utilize n-hexadecane and naphthalene and at the same time to produce surface-active compound at high concentrations (1.5 - 2.0 g l(-1)). Biosurfactant production was detected by surface tension lowering and e...

Microbiological analyses of soil chronically exposed to petroleum complex compounds of some oil springs in south of Iran resulted in isolation and purification of a new native thermophilic strain which is capable to desulfurize petroleum sulfur compounds by 4-S mechanism. Dibenzothiophene (DBT) was selected as a complex sulfur compound model and many experiments were done to identify the me...
متن کاملIsolation and Partial Characterization of a Bacterial Thermostable Polymethyl Galacturonase from a Newly Isolated Bacillus sp. strain BR1390
Background: Pectinases are pectin degrading class of enzymes including polygalacturonase (PG), polymethyl galacturonase (PMG), pectate lyase (PEL), and pectin esterase (PE) that are commonly used in processes involving the degradation of plant materials, such as speeding up the extraction of fruit juices. Objectives: A highly methylated pectin degrading bacterium from soil covered with fruit wa...
