Characterization of genes associated with TGA7 during the floral transition

چکیده

Abstract Background The TGACG-binding (TGA) family has 10 members that play vital roles in Arabidopsis thaliana defense responses and development. However, their involvement controlling flowering time remains largely unknown requires further investigation. Results To study the role of TGA7 during floral transition, we first investigated tga7 mutant, which displayed a delayed-flowering phenotype under both long-day short-day conditions. We then performed genetic pathway analysis found autonomous thermosensory pathways may affect expression. Furthermore, to reveal differential gene expression profiles between wild-type (WT) , cDNA libraries were generated for WT mutant seedlings at 9 days after germination. For each library, deep-sequencing produced approximately 6.67 Gb high-quality sequences, with majority (84.55 %) mRNAs being 500 3,000 nt. In total, 325 differentially expressed genes identified seedlings. Among them, four associated control. these flowering-related was validated by qRT-PCR. Conclusions control, FLC MAF5 be mainly responsible as regulated genes. These results provide framework studying promoting flowering.

Identification of Genes Associated with Lemon Floral Transition and Flower Development during Floral Inductive Water Deficits: A Hypothetical Model

Water deficit is a key factor to induce flowering in many woody plants, but reports on the molecular mechanisms of floral induction and flowering by water deficit are scarce. Here, we analyzed the morphology, cytology, and different hormone levels of lemon buds during floral inductive water deficits. Higher levels of ABA were observed, and the initiation of floral bud differentiation was examin...

Identification and characterization of three orchid MADS-box genes of the AP1/AGL9 subfamily during floral transition.

Gene expressions associated with in vitro floral transition in an orchid hybrid (Dendrobium grex Madame Thong-In) were investigated by differential display. One clone, orchid transitional growth related gene 7 (otg7), encoding a new MADS-box gene, was identified to be specifically expressed in the transitional shoot apical meristem (TSAM). Using this clone as a probe, three orchid MADS-box gene...

the effect of e-64 on the developmental competence of sheep cocs during in vitro maturation

in the present study, the effect of e-64 at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 µm) added to (1) the ivm medium on oocyte nuclear maturation and developmental competence of ovine oocytes, and (2) to the ivc medium on embryonic development of ovine embryos were investigated.

new semigroup compactifications via the enveloping semigroups of associated flows

this thesis deals with the construction of some function algebras whose corresponding semigroup compactification are universal with respect to some properies of their enveloping semigroups. the special properties are of beigan a left zero, a left simple, a group, an inflation of the right zero, and an inflation of the rectangular band.

Two lily SEPALLATA-like genes cause different effects on floral formation and floral transition in Arabidopsis.

Two AGL2-like MADS-box genes, Lily MADS Box Gene (LMADS) 3 and LMADS4, with extensive homology of LMADS3 to the Arabidopsis SEPALLATA3 were characterized from the lily (Lilium longiflorum). Both LMADS3 and LMADS4 mRNA were detected in the inflorescence meristem, in floral buds of different developmental stages, and in all four whorls of the flower organ. LMADS4 mRNA is also expressed in vegetat...
