چکیده
The elemental composition and structure of humic acids in the soddy-podzolic heavy loamy soil Cis-Urals were studied during long-term application organic, mineral organo-mineral fertilizers under conditions a stationary experiment. Mineral contributed to formation with increased content aliphatic components, ratio H : C = 1.45 high degree oxidation (ω 0.41). low nitrogen (from 2.0 2.6 at.%), various fertilizer systems, is primarily due its plant biomass crops cultivated crop rotation. The organic system resulted enrichment structural aggregates aromatic groups nitrogen. intensity absorption >C=O group carboxylic region 1 717 cm -1 double bonds carbon atoms at 627 confirms this position. Humic “manure 10 t/ha” 5 t/ha + equiv. NPK” have largest number carboxyl their composition. vibrations are most weakly expressed system. Organo-mineral demonstrates intermediate results terms main constitutional elements acids. reduces amount thermal stability components acids, thereby contributing degradation stable part macromolecule, which can lead loss potential fertility. Effects of long-term fertilization on soil humic acid composition and structure in Black Soil
The composition and structure of humic acid (HA) can be affected by fertilization, but the short-term effects are difficult to detect using traditional analysis methods. Using a 35-year long-term experiment in Black Soil, the molecular structure of HA was analyzed with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), and fluorescence spectroscop...
متن کاملLong-Term Fertilization Modifies the Structures of Soil Fulvic Acids and Their Binding Capability with Al
The binding characteristics of organic ligands and minerals in fulvic acids (FAs) with Al are essential for understanding soil C sequestration, remain poorly understood. In this study, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy combined with two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy (2DCOS) analysis was applied for the first time to explore the binding of Al with organic ligands and minerals...
متن کاملPhosphorus Accumulation and Sorption in Calcareous Soil under Long-Term Fertilization
Application of phosphorus (P) fertilizers to P-deficient soils can also result in P accumulation. In this study, soil P status and P uptake by apple trees were investigated in 5-, 10-, and 15-year-old orchards in the semi-arid Loess Plateau, China, and subset soils with different soil P statuses (14-90 Olsen-P mg kg(-1)) were selected to evaluate the characteristic P adsorption. Due to the low ...
متن کاملSoil organic carbon dynamics under long-term fertilization in a black soil of China: Evidence from stable C isotopes.
Effects of different fertilizers on organic carbon (C) storage and turnover of soil fractions remains unclear. We combined soil fractionation with isotope analyses to examine soil organic carbon (SOC) dynamics after 25 years of fertilization. Five types of soil samples including the initial level (CK) and four fertilization treatments (inorganic nitrogen fertilizer, N; balanced inorganic fertil...
