چکیده

BACKGROUND : Biliopancreatic diversion (BPD), and its modifications, is the most effective surgical bariatric treatment of morbid obesity associated metabolic disturbances. However, at present comparative studies dynamics carbohydrate metabolism after various modifications BPD are lacking. AIM assessment for effectiveness biliopancreatic with duodenal switch (BPD-DS) in HessMarceau single-anastomosis duodeno-ileal bypass sleeve gastrectomy (SADI-S) correcting disorders achieving remission Diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM2) within a period up to five years both operations. MATERIALS AND METHODS framework prospective study, 200 patients were operated on using BPD-DS (group 1, n = 100) SADI 2, methods, clinical laboratory parameters was analyzed groups depending presence, or absence, DM2, an emphasis analysis indicators metabolism. DM2 diagnosed 35 (35.0%) group 1 (BPD - DS) 45 (45.0%) (SADI). All underwent standard set clinical, instrumental examination methods before, immediately 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 60 months operation. RESULTS 5 operation, complete achieved 38 (84.4%) 32 (91.4%) from groups, respectively, 7 (15.6%) 3 (8.6 %) partial remission. The level C-peptide, which also decreased BPS, higher BPS modification, 36 (p<0.05), without 12 24 surgery (p<0.05). CONCLUSION frequency stable comparable groups. profile characterized by levels glucose C-peptide compared different periods follow-up over years.
