The present investigation was conducted on forty genotypes of pearl-millet to estimate the nature and magnitude genetic variability, correlation path analysis for different yield their contributing traits. variance revealed significant variability among all traits studied. phenotypic coefficient variation (PCV) more than genotypic (GCV), which reflected influence environmental factors High PCV GCV were observed plant height followed by 1000-grain weight grain per plant. Due additive gene effects, showed highest heritability coupled with high advance as a percent mean. While other like panicle diameter, effective tiller plant, weight, days maturity length have moderate value gain. association that had positive correlations height, 1000 biological harvest index both at levels.
