Abstract The variability of occurrence snow cover and the impact atmospheric circulation on in period 1966/1967–2019/2020 Poznań (Poland) have been examined. implementation primary study objective covers comprehensive analysis winter thermal conditions using various indicators. Winters are highly variable differentiated, considering duration particular seasons, number days with cover, mean thickness, snowiness coefficient, or severity index.
