Changes in Relationships between Humic Substances and Soil Structure Following Different Mineral Fertilization of Vitis vinifera L. in Slovakia

چکیده
The quantity and quality of soil organic matter (SOM) depending on many edaphic environmental factors may change in response to agriculture-related practices. SOM humification process can be supported by the application mineral fertilizers, but production vineyards, such information is lacking. NPK fertilizer alters quality, therefore, aim this study was to: (1) assess extent dynamics different (control—no fertilization; 1st NPK; 3rd levels) rates with grass sward cover a productive vineyard changes SOM, humic substances (HS), structure, (2) identify relationships between HS, structure. Results showed that share acids carbon decreased only NPK1 compared control NPK3 treatments. color quotient substance values increased 4 5%, respectively, control. Over period 14 years, content 0.71, 0.69, 0.53 g kg−1 year−1 control, NPK1, NPK3, respectively. HS linearly slight differences due application. vulnerability structure fertilization—more at higher level. rate formed crust decreasing following order: > NPK3. In treatment, relations were most abundant greatest significance, while increasing level NPK, these lost their significance.

Genetic structure and differentiation in cultivated grape, Vitis vinifera L.
222 cultivated (Vitis vinifera) and 22 wild (V. vinifera ssp. sylvestris) grape accessions were analysed for genetic diversity and differentiation at eight microsatellite loci. A total of 94 alleles were detected, with extensive polymorphism among the accessions. Multivariate relationships among accessions revealed 16 genetic groups structured into three clusters, supporting the classical eco-g...
متن کاملChanges in norisoprenoid levels with long-term nitrogen fertilization in different vintages of Vitis vinifera var. Riesling wines
• Norisoprenoids are important compounds that contribute to the aroma of wines. Examples of norisoprenoids are ß-ionone and ß-damascenone , which contribute intense fruity aromas; TDN (trimethyldihydro-naphtalene), which contributes the typical kerosene, or petrol, note in wines (in high concentrations, TDN may be considered a defect); and actinidol and vitispirane , which contribute other comp...
متن کاملBiological activities of Vitis vinifera L. leaves
The fractions of different polarity, namely chloroform, ethylacetate, n-butanol, and remaining water fractions, were fractionated from an aqueous extract of V. vinifera leaves. The antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antioxidant activities, and total phenolic content of these fractions were investigated. The chloroform fraction showed a promising effect against Herpes simplex virus type-1 (HS...
متن کاملEffects of long-term fertilization on soil humic acid composition and structure in Black Soil
The composition and structure of humic acid (HA) can be affected by fertilization, but the short-term effects are difficult to detect using traditional analysis methods. Using a 35-year long-term experiment in Black Soil, the molecular structure of HA was analyzed with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), and fluorescence spectroscop...
متن کاملHow the Depletion in Mineral Major Elements Affects Grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) Primary Cell Wall
The noteworthy fine remodeling that plant cell walls (CWs) undergo to adapt to developmental, physiological and environmental cues and the observation that its composition and dynamics differ between species represents an opportunity to couple crop species agronomic studies with research on CW modifications. Vitis vinifera is one of the most important crops from an economic point-of-view due to...
