Changes in Porosity, Electrical and Surface Properties after Laundering of Heat-treated AgNW/PDMS/PU Nanofiber-web

In this study, to investigate the effects of heat treatment and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) coating on durability laundering, changes in porosity, electrical resistance, surface property heat-treated silver nanowire (AgNW)/PDMS/polyurethane (PU) nanofiber-web before after laundering were examined. To prepare conductive specimens, PU nanofiber-web, 1 wt% AgNW dispersion ethanol, two types PDMS precursors used. A total four specimens prepared: Specimen (The AgNW/PU nanofiber-web), AH AP PDMS-coated AHP AgNW/PDMS/PU nanofiber-web). The specimen was rinsed dehydrated under conditions according ISO 6330. porosity a single washing cycle, mean pore diameter size distribution measured. Linear resistance microscopic view evaluated. As result, many micro-pores distributed because treatment. After still had micro-pores, thus, improved laundering. Also, only changed slightly even which strengthened bonding between nanofibers nanowires, thus nanowires sufficiently remained And, showed that formed network evenly covered with onto surface.
