Purpose: The objective of this theoretical review is to reveal the interaction constructs that may predict employees’ readiness change. This aims examine change leadership ability in improving employee Design/methodology/approach: a examination explore factors affect based on phenomena at oil & gas sector state-own enterprise Indonesia.
