Challenges and Soft Skills of Student Interns

This paper aimed to determine the extent of practice soft skills student interns along dimensions, namely: collaboration, communication, creativity, critical thinking, leadership, and selfregulation. Specifically, this purposed ascertain significant differences in aforementioned dimensions when they were grouped according sex, program, campus. Furthermore, challenges that encountered acquisition also identified. The respondents 345 Carlos Hilado Memorial State College enrolled during School Year 2018-2019. Employing descriptivecomparative research design, a researcher-made questionnaire was used gather data about respondents.
