CFD Assessment of Flow Maldistribution in Plate Fin and Tube Heat Exchangers

The primary goal of this work is to use CFD assessment simulating framework anticipate the impact injecting air flowing mal-distribution on heat exchanger architecture and thermal flow characteristics. Using (computational fluid dynamics) simulation-studies, determine intake unequal distribution or complete redesign as well high - temperature hydraulic performing ability HEX (heat exchangers). findings demonstrate that a plate tube fin heating element consisting an elongated tubular setup slanted by 30 degrees can achieve highest transmission, having transfer 23.22 percent greater than (SPHEX) spherical pipe exchanger.
