The article discusses the clinical manifestations, pathomorphology, pathogenesis and various treatment methods of cervical radiculopathy (CR). Article points out diagnostic difficulties arising from frequent discrepancy between neuroimaging data. issues choice conservative surgical are discussed, based on analysis data recent systematic reviews. In absence focal neurological symptoms, radicular compression is unlikely. natural course CR favorable. Rehabilitation programs used as first line treatment, including a combination education, exercise, manual therapy, psychological pharmacological methods. Drug therapy for starts with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs administration; to achieve effect quickly, it possible use aceclofenac (Aertal) in form powder suspension.
