Cavernous Sinus Meningioma Presenting with Unilateral Pseudo-Internuclear Ophthalmoplegia

Purpose: We report a case of cavernous sinus meningioma presenting with unilateral pseudo-internuclear ophthalmoplegia.Case summary: A 50-year-old female visited our clinic history insidious onset horizontal diplopia at primary and left gaze over 3 weeks. The symptom had diurnal variation was aggravated fatigue. There intermittent upper eyelid drooping the right eye. She migraines, which recently worsened. pupils showed normal response to light near stimulation in both eyes. extraocular examination 14 prism diopter (PD) exotropia primary, 25 PD gaze, -1 adduction limitation abducting nystagmus Ocular myasthenia gravis suspected based on clinical findings. Magnetic resonance imaging brain revealed meningioma. ocular symptoms improved after radiotherapy. At months follow-up, motility findings 4 exotropia, without improved.Conclusions: can be manifested by various types disorder, including ophthalmoplegia.
