Cathode ray tubes glass wastes used for vitrification of iron oxide rich waste resulted from the groundwater treatment

چکیده

Abstract This paper presents a new solution to use the cathode ray tube glass wastes for iron oxide rich waste vitrification. The obtained glass-ceramics, synthesized at three heat treatment temperatures: 800, 900 and 1000 °C were characterized in terms of effect CRT addition upon dimensional stability, apparent porosity density, chemical stability lead barium ions retention capacity.
