Background: Although nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) has a significant risk of spreading to other parts the body early, orbital and ocular surrounding tissues metastases are uncommon. Case Report: This paper described 16-year-old patient diagnosed with locally advanced NPC metastasis was treated neoadjuvant chemotherapy treatment. One rare early presentations is vision problems. Discussion: Orbital in children considerably more uncommon. Cachexia malnutrition prevalent problems people cancer, affecting life longevity. Anaemia severe issue for cancer patients undergoing or radiotherapy. Conclusion: frequently arise stages disease scenario many persistence therapy patient's standard living linked occurrence anaemia.
