We describe case severe retropharyngeal after coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) that improved quickly high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin treatment. Onset was 3 weeks COVID-19. patient received appropriate antibiotics for 5 days, but his symptoms worsened. Therefore, we suspected caused by even though he did not have typical such as gastrointestinal shock. refractory antibiotic therapy lessened therapy, without other manifestations MIS-C, suggesting early might prevent progression
